1. Who runs this site
PropFirmReviews.net is operated by the team behind PropFirmReviews. References to “we,” “us,” and “our” in this document refer to that operating entity. The site is hosted on Hostinger and runs on the WordPress content management system.
2. What we collect
We collect the following categories of personal information:
- Information you give us — when you submit our contact form: your name, email address, the topic you selected, the firm you referenced, and the body of your message.
- Information collected automatically — IP address, browser type and version, operating system, device type, referring URL, pages visited, time spent on those pages, and timestamps. This is collected via standard server logs and analytics.
- Cookies and similar technologies — see Section 5 below.
We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under the age of 18. This site is not directed at minors.
3. How we use it
We use the information we collect to:
- Respond to messages you send through the contact form.
- Operate and improve the site — fix bugs, understand which content readers find useful, prioritize new review coverage.
- Detect and prevent fraud, spam, and abuse.
- Comply with legal obligations (e.g. responding to a valid subpoena).
4. Who we share it with
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with:
- Service providers — our hosting provider (Hostinger), our analytics provider, our email infrastructure provider, and our spam-protection provider. Each is contractually limited to processing data on our behalf.
- Affiliate networks — when you click an affiliate link to a third-party firm, that firm’s tracking infrastructure receives a referral identifier and standard browser data. We do not pass them your name or email.
- Law enforcement — only in response to a valid legal request.
5. Cookies
This site uses cookies and similar technologies for three purposes:
- Strictly necessary — to make the site work (session, security, form state).
- Analytics — to measure aggregate site usage. You can opt out of analytics tracking via our cookie banner.
- Affiliate attribution — to record that you came from PropFirmReviews when you click an outbound link, so we get credit for the referral.
You can also block or delete cookies via your browser settings. Blocking strictly-necessary cookies will degrade the site’s functionality; blocking analytics or affiliate cookies will not.
6. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have one or more of the following rights:
- Access — request a copy of the personal information we hold about you.
- Correction — request that we correct inaccurate or incomplete information.
- Deletion — request that we delete your personal information.
- Portability — request your information in a structured, machine-readable format.
- Opt-out of “sale” or “sharing” — under CCPA, even though we do not sell information, you may opt out of certain disclosures.
- Withdraw consent — for processing based on your consent.

7. Data retention
We retain contact-form messages for 24 months after the last interaction. Server logs are retained for 90 days. Analytics data is retained for 14 months in aggregate form. Affiliate-attribution cookies expire within 30 days of being set.
8. International transfers
This site is hosted by Hostinger. Depending on the visitor’s location, data may be transferred to and stored in jurisdictions other than your own. We rely on Standard Contractual Clauses (where applicable) to provide an adequate level of protection.
9. Changes to this policy
We update this policy from time to time. When we make material changes, we update the “last updated” date at the top of this page. For non-material changes, we update silently. Your continued use of the site after a change constitutes acceptance.
