What is a prediction market prop firm?

Prediction market prop firms work like traditional funded trading firms, but instead of forex pairs or futures contracts, you trade on event-based markets, binary outcomes on political events, sports, economics, and crypto.

How the challenge works
You purchase a challenge account and trade on Polymarket or similar platforms. Hit the profit target without breaching drawdown rules and you get funded with the firm’s capital, with no personal funds at risk after the entry fee.
What you trade
Event contracts priced 0 to 100 cents representing the probability of a real-world outcome. Markets cover US politics, crypto prices, macro events, and sports. Most firms route exclusively through Polymarket.
How payouts work
Once funded, profits above your high-water mark are split between you and the firm. Splits range from 70/30 to 90/10 in your favour. Payouts are typically processed within 7–14 days via crypto or fiat.
Real books or a simulation
This is the biggest difference between firms here and almost nobody advertises it. Most of these firms simulate your fills against live Polymarket prices, so your order never reaches Polymarket. Funding Predicts is the only one we have found that routes orders to the real order book. Both models are legitimate, but in thin event markets a simulated fill and a real one are not the same thing. Check which you are getting before you pay.
Key rules to watch
Most firms impose a maximum drawdown (typically 10% trailing), a per-market concentration limit (e.g. no single event makes up more than 10% of total profit), and a minimum trading day requirement.
