Who TradeZella suits

Consider it for account review

TradeZella combines imported trade records, performance analysis and prop firm spending records. Pro's 50-account limit makes it a plan to compare when one connected account is too restrictive.

Check fit before committing

A low-cost single-account journal may be enough if you only need notes and a trade log. Journal analytics and spending records do not guarantee compliance with a firm's drawdown or trading rules.

Journal features documented by TradeZella

The vendor describes automated trade imports, tag-based analysis and trading routines. These are documented capabilities, not results from our own product testing.

Trade imports
Auto Sync and file upload bring broker trade records into the journal. The available method depends on your broker or platform.
Performance analysis
Tag analysis and filters let you examine results by setup, mistake, instrument or time. Reporting helps review patterns; it does not establish future profitability.
Prep and notes
Daily checklists and pre-market templates give traders a place to structure preparation alongside their trade records.
Replay and practice
TradeZella lists trade replay and manual backtesting. Access and limits vary by plan; check the current pricing matrix before choosing.
Prop Firm Sync
Tracks evaluation fees, activation fees, resets and payouts using a Plaid bank connection or manual transactions. This is financial recordkeeping, separate from importing executed trades.

Supported platforms and markets

TradeZella's broker-support page names NinjaTrader, MetaTrader, Interactive Brokers, Charles Schwab and Tradovate. Its pricing matrix lists stocks, futures, crypto and CFDs for manual backtesting. Confirm your exact connection and instrument coverage rather than treating broad market support as universal integration.

Before connecting TradeZella to a prop firm account

Platform compatibility does not prove a prop firm permits a connection. Prop Firm Sync's bank transaction tracking also does not establish permission to access a trading account.

  1. Match the exact platform. Check your broker, account type and import method against TradeZella's support list.
  2. Read the firm's rules. Confirm how third-party journals may connect. Ask the firm about any unclear access or credential requirements.
  3. Keep rule checks separate. Verify daily loss, drawdown and other limits in the firm's own dashboard. Do not treat this profile as confirmation that TradeZella enforces them.
  4. Review bank access separately. Read the permissions for any Plaid connection. TradeZella also documents manual entry for prop firm transactions.
