◎ Best for

Futures traders willing to test a very new firm with a small account, drawn by no monthly subscription and a claimed 24-hour payout guarantee.

⚠ Avoid if

You want any independent track record. There is no Trustpilot profile, no forum history, and key rules like drawdown and consistency are not published clearly.

Data gap: 10Four’s evaluation rules, pricing, and legal registration are now confirmable directly from its own site and are reflected in this review. What remains unconfirmed: there is still no Trustpilot profile or independent public forum thread to verify the firm’s actual payout track record against, only its own published guarantee. Confirm any rule detail directly on 10Four’s pricing page before purchasing, since terms can change.

What We Could Confirm

10Four runs three distinct programmes rather than one, and the rules genuinely differ between them, not just the branding. Confirmed directly from 10Four’s own pricing page, August 2026.

CategoryFutures prop firm

Legal disclosurePublishes a CFTC Rule 4.41 hypothetical-performance disclaimer on its own site, standard boilerplate for this category but often skipped by newer firms
Account sizes$10,000 to $150,000. Static starts at $10K, Instant and Daily start at $25K

Refund policy14-day refund only if no trades have been placed; non-refundable once account access is granted

Instant skips the evaluation and funds a simulated account immediately, with a 25% consistency rule. Only the $25K Instant plan has no daily loss limit; the larger Instant plans carry one, from $1,200 on the $50K up to $3,000 on the $150K. Static runs a one-step evaluation with a 35% consistency rule, static rather than trailing drawdown, and no daily loss limit at either stage, but it pays 80% rather than 90%. Daily runs a one-step evaluation with a 40% consistency rule and end-of-day drawdown, and the one real structural catch: the funded stage reintroduces a daily loss limit that Static does not have, in exchange for daily payouts instead of a set cycle.

Not independently confirmed anywhere we could find: which platform or broker executes the live-capital stage once a trader is funded, and whether the 24-hour payout guarantee holds up in practice. Still no Trustpilot profile or independent forum thread to cross-check payout claims against.

Our Verdict

10Four is a new entrant in the futures prop firm category, and this review previously said there was almost nothing to confirm about it. That was true when it was written. It is not fully true anymore. The rules are now publicly readable on 10Four’s own pricing page: a 90% split on Instant and Daily, a real one-time-fee structure with no subscription trap, and a genuine CFTC Rule 4.41 disclaimer alongside a real Hong Kong company registration, details that plenty of newer firms in this category skip entirely.

The three-programme structure is unusual and worth understanding before you pick one. Instant skips the evaluation but caps you at a 25% consistency rule, and every Instant plan above $25K carries a daily loss limit. Static is the standard evaluation path with the most forgiving funded stage of the three, no daily loss limit at all once you’re funded, but it is also the only one that pays 80% instead of 90%. Daily trades that forgiveness away: a 40% consistency rule and a funded-stage daily loss limit that Static does not have, in exchange for getting paid every day instead of on a cycle. None of the three is objectively better than the others, they are trade-offs, and which one fits depends on whether you value evaluation ease, funded-stage flexibility, or payout frequency more.

What is still genuinely unconfirmed: which platform or broker executes trades once you are funded, and whether the 24-hour payout guarantee holds up against a real payout request rather than a marketing claim. There is still no Trustpilot profile or public forum thread to check that against. We have adjusted this review’s caution flag based on direct trader feedback reaching us that the firm has paid out as described, but that is secondhand testimony, not an independent public record, and we are treating it as exactly that: a reason to soften our skepticism, not to call the payout track record confirmed. If you are considering 10Four, read the rules on their own pricing page before paying, pick the programme that matches how you actually trade rather than the cheapest one, and treat your first payout request as your own test of the guarantee.

Frequently Asked Questions

Is 10Four a legitimate prop firm?

Yes, based on what is now confirmable. 10Four is operated by Ten Four Group, a registered Hong Kong company, and publishes a real CFTC Rule 4.41 hypothetical-performance disclaimer alongside detailed rules for its three programmes. There is still no Trustpilot profile or independent forum thread to check its payout track record against, so treat the evaluation rules as confirmed and the payout reliability as still unproven.

What does 10Four’s 24-hour payout guarantee mean?

10Four advertises a 24-hour payout guarantee and states there are no payout windows, meaning traders are not restricted to specific days to request a withdrawal. We were not able to independently verify this claim through trader reports, since no public reviews were found.

What are 10Four’s specific challenge rules?

They vary by programme. Instant skips the evaluation and applies a 25% consistency rule, with no daily loss limit on the $25K plan and a daily loss limit on every larger one. Static runs a one-step evaluation with a 35% consistency rule and no daily loss limit at either stage, but pays 80% rather than 90%. Daily runs a one-step evaluation with a 40% consistency rule and end-of-day drawdown, and its funded stage adds a daily loss limit that Static’s does not have. Instant and Daily pay 90%.

Does 10Four charge a monthly subscription?

No. 10Four advertises no monthly subscription fees, using a one-time evaluation fee model instead, according to its own marketing.

Is there a 10Four discount code?

Yes, code PFR applies the 30% off at checkout.

⚠ Prop trading risk

Challenge fees are money at risk. Most participants never reach a payout, and funded accounts are usually simulated capital rather than live funds. Rules and pricing can change at any time, so confirm them on the firm’s own site before you pay. Nothing in this review is financial advice.
