Our verdict
FFN Perps is a perpetual futures prop firm from the team behind Funded Futures Network. FFN Perps sells a one-step evaluation in three plans, Core, Pro and Max, at sizes from $10,000 to $100,000. All trading happens on the Nexus platform, and approved payouts are paid through Rise.
FFN Perps lists 134 perpetual markets: 52 crypto, 58 stocks, 6 indices, 8 commodities and 10 forex pairs. Every market trades 24/7, including weekends. All evaluation and funded accounts are simulated. FFN Perps says approved payouts are real payments.
This review covers FFN Perps only. The futures program has its own Funded Futures Network review, and its rules and score do not carry over.
Verdict: easy rules, small capped payouts
FFN Perps has some of the simplest evaluation rules in perpetuals: one step, no consistency rule, no minimum days and no time limit. FFN Perps fees are low, and every purchase opens a second account free.
The catch is the payout model. FFN Perps pays 100% of a fixed amount each time you reach a 5% target, not 100% of your profit. On a Core $50,000 account that is $750 for a $2,500 move. FFN Perps closes each funded account after 4 payouts, so that account can pay at most $3,000. FFN Perps also does not name its operator on the site, and its news, EA and payout timing rules are not stated. Score: 5.8/10.

Max loss and daily loss rules
Max loss starts below the cycle baseline by the plan's drawdown. On Core it trails the highest end-of-day balance, with the trading day ending at 00:00 UTC, and stops trailing once it reaches the baseline. On a Core $50,000 account, max loss starts at $48,500 and can trail up to $50,000.
Pro and Max use a static max loss: the baseline minus 4% or 5% of the account size. That is $48,000 on Pro $50,000 and $47,500 on Max $50,000. Pro adds a 3% daily loss limit ($1,500 on $50,000) and Max a 4% limit ($2,000). The daily limit counts open positions and funding against the day's starting equity and resets at 00:00 UTC.
Touching max loss, or the daily limit on Pro and Max, closes all positions and the account. After each payout the baseline moves to the new balance, and max loss resets from it.
No consistency rule, but an HFT rule
FFN Perps has no consistency rule, so one large winning day can pass the evaluation. There is no minimum number of trading days and no time limit.
There is a high-frequency trading rule. If more than 30% of the trades in a payout period are held for 5 seconds or less, profit from the winning trades held 5 seconds or less is removed after that payout. Losing trades stay on the account. Because the next target and max loss are based on the balance after the payout, that removal can breach the account.
From evaluation to Sim Funded
- Pick Core, Pro or Max and a size from $10,000 to $100,000. Two accounts open at purchase.
- Reach the profit target on closed balance without touching max loss. Open positions do not count until closed.
- The pass is instant and the account moves to Sim Funded. The first funded cycle starts with the account size as the baseline.
- Reach 5% above the baseline, close your positions and request a payout.
- Identity verification, a verified email and the trader agreement are required before a payout.
How the 100% split really works
FFN Perps advertises a 100% profit split. In practice you get 100% of a fixed payout amount each time the balance reaches 5% above the cycle baseline. The rest of the profit is not paid. It stays in the account and becomes the new baseline.
Here is the arithmetic for Core $50,000, using the site's own example:
- Cycle 1 baseline: $50,000. Payout target: $52,500, which is $2,500 of profit.
- The balance reaches $52,700. FFN Perps pays $750. That is 30% of the $2,500 target, or about 28% of the $2,700 profit.
- Cycle 2 baseline: $52,700 minus $750 = $51,950. The next target is $54,547.50, so you need another $2,597.50 for the next $750.
- The account closes after its fourth payout: 4 x $750 = $3,000 is the most that account can pay.
At $50,000, a target pays $750 on Core (30% of $2,500), $1,125 on Pro (45%) and $1,200 on Max (48%). The most one account can pay is $3,000 on Core, $4,500 on Pro and $4,800 on Max. Each trader can receive up to $50,000 in lifetime payouts and hold up to 5 funded accounts at a time.
Payouts are on demand with positions closed, one open request per account, and are reviewed and paid through Rise. FFN Perps does not state a processing time. The site does not say whether any balance left after the fourth payout is paid. We have not verified any FFN Perps payouts.
Fees, resets and trading costs
Fees run from $35 (Core $10,000) to $679 (Max $100,000), one-time, with no activation fee. Buy one, get one free means each fee covers two accounts. A reset costs the full evaluation price with no discount. A Sim Funded account can be reset once if no payout has been taken.
Trading costs come off the balance. The fee is 0.02% of notional on a taker fill and 0.015% on a maker fill, charged on opening and closing. A $10,000 position opened and closed with market orders pays $4.00 in total. Funding is charged or credited at each funding time and counts toward the target, the payout target and max loss.
Value check on Core $50,000: $119 buys two accounts. Each can pay at most $3,000, and each has a $1,500 max loss buffer to protect.
FFN Perps does not publish its own refund policy. The footer Terms of use link opens Funded Futures Network's general terms, which treat purchases as final but do not mention FFN Perps.
Nexus and 134 perpetual markets
Every FFN Perps account trades on Nexus. No other platform is offered. Checkout and login run on Funded Futures Network's app domain.
FFN Perps lists 134 perpetual markets that trade 24/7, with no weekend gap. Maximum leverage is set per market: 25x on BTC, 15x on ETH, 10x on other crypto, 40x on indices and 5x on stocks, forex and commodities. Accounts use cross margin, and positions are liquidated at market if equity falls below maintenance margin. Order and position sizes are limited by each market's traded volume.
We did not test execution, fills, slippage or uptime. Prices are simulated and modeled on third-party exchange data, per the site's disclosure.
Banned conduct, copy trading and account limits
FFN Perps bans hedging opposite positions in the same or correlated markets, within one account or across accounts. Account sharing, trading for another person and exploiting price errors or platform faults are also banned. Violations can lead to denied payouts and closed accounts.
Copy trading is allowed across up to 5 accounts at a time. Each trader can hold up to 5 funded accounts, and evaluations are unlimited. A pass beyond 5 funded accounts waits in a queue.
