The short answer

Low fees. Tight risk. Funding not guaranteed.

Detailed public rules and one-time fees from $20. Daily trailing equity limits count open profit; passing does not guarantee funding. Independent payout reliability remains unverified.

Best for

Traders seeking a low-fee crypto or approved prediction-market evaluation who can manage a tight 3% daily trailing limit on open profit.

Avoid if

You need a guaranteed funded account after passing, or a firm with a payout record you can check.

Provisional editorial score: 5.7/10. Weighted total 5.700 using public v2.3 weights: 20% rules, 20% payouts, 20% cost, 15% platform, 10% support and 15% transparency. Crypto and prediction pages publish no numerical tuned weights, so both use this disclosed baseline. Checked October 11, 2026; next review November 10, 2026.

Rules 6.5: detailed targets and static overall floor, but a tight 3% daily trailing limit counts open profit; progress takes at least five qualifying days and funded activation is discretionary. Payouts 4.5: documented 80% split and USDC process, but a 10% profit threshold and no independent payout record. Missing evidence is not proof of payout failure. Cost 7.5: one-time fees from $20, offset by non-refundable provisioning, tight loss budgets and undisclosed trading and add-on costs. Platform 5.5: documented Hyperliquid and approved Polymarket access, not execution-tested. Support 5.0 is a neutral provisional midpoint: Discord tickets are documented, but support was not personally tested. Transparency 4.5: named operator and detailed legal pages, offset by real-money marketing versus notional/live/hybrid terms, unverified backing claims and a non-public funded agreement.

No purchase, trading, support test, checkout test or payout test. Independent payout reliability remains unverified. Without 12 months of verifiable payouts the 6.5 payout ceiling applies; three years needed for 8.5+ is not established. Program age is unverified, so conservatively retain a 7.0 overall ceiling. Published rules do not trigger the unpublished-rules transparency cap. Hands-on testing and second-editor sign-off required by methodology remain incomplete. This is an explicit provisional process exception, pending second-editor review.

Evaluation rules

Profit target10% actual net realized profit on closed positions
Qualification ProgressAlso 10%. Each UTC day adds at most 2% of the starting balance
Small daysA day below 0.25% of the starting balance adds nothing
Minimum daysAt least five qualifying UTC days, not necessarily in a row. No separate minimum trading days rule
Time limitNone. The evaluation closes after 30 days with no trade
CompletionAll positions closed or resolved, then an integrity review
Bots and APIsOnly where L7's feature or account terms allow them

Drawdown rules

Daily limit3% of the starting balance below the UTC day's highest equity
What countsServer equity, including unrealized profit and loss
Reset00:00 UTC, reseeded from current equity
$100K exampleEquity peaks at $104,000 during the day, so the floor moves to $101,000
Overall limit3% static from the starting balance. A $10,000 account fails at $9,700
Max DD+Raises the evaluation's overall limit to 5%. Does not carry into a funded account

The daily rule is tighter than it looks. Open profit raises the floor, so a winning trade that gives back more than 3% of the starting balance within the same UTC day ends the evaluation, even if the account is still in profit.

What is L7 Select?

L7 Select is a one-step crypto prop evaluation run by L7 Holdings Group Inc., a Delaware company based at 16192 Coastal Highway, Lewes. You pay a one-time fee, trade a simulated account, and if you pass the rules and L7's review, you can be offered a funded account with an 80% profit split paid in USDC.

Trading runs on Hyperliquid spot and perpetual markets, plus prediction markets on Polymarket that L7 approves. The perpetuals cover crypto, commodities, FX and equity contracts. A stock perpetual is a derivative contract; it does not give you the share.

Checked October 11, 2026. We read L7's program rules, terms, refund policy, restricted jurisdictions list, risk disclosure and support pages. We did not buy an account, place trades, test support, test the discount code or request a payout.

Our verdict

L7 Select is one of the cheapest ways to try a crypto evaluation, and its rules are written out in detail. The 3% static floor is simple. The 3% daily trailing limit is not, because it moves up with open profit.

The bigger questions sit after the evaluation. Funding is discretionary, the real money claim conflicts with the terms, and there is no outside payout record yet. Treat the fee as money you can lose, and wait for evidence before buying a large account.

Real money claims versus the legal terms

L7's homepage says "Real Money, Not a Demo" and describes up to $100,000 of real money in the funded account. The terms of service say a funded offer may be a notional performance account, a live proprietary account or a hybrid. The evaluation itself is simulated, and its balance is not your money.

This review follows the legal text. Ask L7 in writing which account type you will get before you rely on the real money claim.

Outside evidence and unverified claims

The homepage shows "Backed by BINANCE", "3000+ active traders", "$18k+ paid out today" and a 50 minute average payout time. We found no independent source for any of these, so treat them as marketing.

We found no Trustpilot or Reddit reviews of L7 Select on October 11, 2026. An empty record is not evidence of fraud or of reliability. Older brands called L7 Global and L7.TRADE use different domains and are not the same business as far as we can tell.

Frequently asked questions

Is L7 Select real money?

The evaluation is simulated. L7's terms say a funded account may be notional, live or hybrid, even though the homepage says real money. Ask L7 in writing which you will get.

How fast can I pass?

No faster than five qualifying UTC days. Only 2% of the starting balance counts toward progress each day, and days under 0.25% count zero.

Does open profit affect the daily limit?

Yes. The daily floor trails the day's highest equity, unrealized profit included, so giving back more than 3% of the starting balance in one UTC day fails the account.

Am I guaranteed funding if I pass?

No. L7 runs an integrity review, KYC and possibly an interview, and can approve, defer or decline funded activation.

Can I trade stocks?

You can trade equity perpetual contracts on Hyperliquid at up to 4x. You do not own shares, so we do not list L7 Select as a stock prop firm.

Does code FUNDED work?

Code FUNDED was supplied to us as 10% off. We have not tested it at checkout, so confirm the final price before paying.

Can I get a refund?

Generally not once the evaluation is provisioned, accessed or traded. Limited exceptions apply, such as duplicate charges.
