The short answer

Low entry fees. Contract conflicts.

Static loss floors help calculate risk. Real-capital marketing and simulated-account terms conflict; independent payout reliability remains unverified.

Provisional editorial score: 6.2/10. Weighted total 6.160, rounded to one decimal using public v2.3 weights. Checked October 8, 2026; next review November 7, 2026.

Public-source assessment, not completed hands-on testing. No account purchase, trades, support test or payout test. Support 5.0 is a neutral provisional midpoint, not measured poor service. Missing independent payout evidence does not establish failure. Payout reliability is subject to a 6.5 ceiling without 12 months of verifiable payouts; neither firm establishes three years required for 8.5+. Exact program age remains unverified; conservatively retain 7.0 overall ceiling. Published fees and loss rules do not trigger the unpublished-rules transparency cap. Real-capital marketing versus simulated terms and 28-day versus 3-day refunds depress transparency. Funding and payout percentages remain company claims, not independent proof. Crypto page publishes no numerical tuned weights; this assessment explicitly uses the public v2.3 baseline.

The public methodology also requires buying and trading a challenge and second-editor sign-off. Those steps are not completed here; this provisional assessment is an explicit process exception, not a claim to have met them. See methodology and caps and sources below. Pending second-editor review.

What is Vest Markets?

Vest Markets is a multi-asset perpetual derivatives platform. Vest Capital offers instant and evaluation prop-style accounts. A stock perpetual does not give you the stock, and index perpetuals are not CME contracts.

Current October 6, 2026 Prop Trading Terms identify Vest Exchange Inc., a Panama corporation, and say every program account is simulated, including instant accounts. Sales pages and documentation still describe real Vest capital. This review follows the current terms and flags the contradiction.

Checked October 8, 2026. We reviewed public rules and research sources. We did not buy an account, place trades, test support or request a payout.

Our verdict

Vest Markets suits traders who understand perpetual derivatives and USDC wallet transfers. Low listed entry fees and static floors make the risk budget easier to calculate.

The 500 instant account allows only $10 of loss. Its nominal balance is not $500 you can withdraw or lose. The account fee buys program access, not ownership of that balance.

Vest’s account-model and refund conflicts need written answers before purchase. Treat current terms as a simulated compensation program, not verified live-capital funding. Funded profit claims and external withdrawals are separate stages, so blanket instant-payout wording is misleading.

Pros and cons

Pros

  • Low documented evaluation entry fees
  • Static equity-based maximum-loss floors
  • Configurable one-step daily limits
  • Published incident reports

Cons and evidence gaps

  • Terms conflict with real-capital marketing
  • Refund windows conflict: 28 versus 3 days
  • Independent payout reliability remains unverified
  • Funded API trading unavailable

Funding announcement is not payout proof

An October 7, 2026 FinanceWire press release carried by Business Insider Markets reports Vest’s claims of a $13 million raise led by Portal Ventures, $18 million total funding, 27,000 traders and 26% receiving payouts. Read the company press release. These figures are attributed company claims, not independent reporting or an audit. They do not establish payout reliability.

Execution incidents and outside evidence

Vest reports pricing or liquidation incidents on April 15, June 8 and June 30, 2026 on its prior platform, plus rollbacks, patches or compensation. Those operator-reported fixes were not independently verified.

Recent third-party withdrawal reports were not audited or traced independently. Reports may share an author or evidence stream, so they cannot be counted as separate corroboration. An empty Trustpilot profile is neither evidence of reliability nor fraud.

Frequently asked questions

Is Vest Markets real-capital funding?

Current October 6 Vest Markets terms say all program accounts are simulated. Sales pages still claim real capital; that conflict remains unresolved.

What is the cheapest Vest account?

Documentation lists a 500 instant account for $10 and a 5K two-step evaluation for $15. One-step starts at $25 with a 20% target. Checkout prices were not tested.

Are Vest payouts instant?

Vest documents a 24-hour funded-profit claim to Primary Account before a separate USDC withdrawal. The $50,000 rolling threshold changes withdrawal processing time.

Does Vest allow funded API trading?

Vest Markets documentation says API trading is unavailable on funded accounts.

What does the funding announcement prove?

The October 7 FinanceWire release reports company claims of $13 million raised and $18 million total funding. It is not independent proof of reliable trader payouts.

Does code 3HPROPFIRMREVIEWS work?

Code 3HPROPFIRMREVIEWS was supplied as 2.5% off. The referral link resolved during research, but the code and final discount were not tested in checkout.

What is Vest’s refund window?

Current terms say 28 days for unused purchases; the refund document says 3 days with no trades. Obtain written confirmation before paying.
